ADHD coaching for women academics and professionals

Create the career and life you want
on your terms

Hi, I’m Erica

I can help you find your sparkle and love your work again

What if you felt energised and in control of your career?

I help neurodivergent women academics and health professionals move from surviving to thriving. Through ADHD coaching that works with your unique brain, you can have an impactful career AND a life you love.

You’re not broken.
The systems you work in are.

You’re deeply committed to excellence — staying at the forefront of your field, educating students, treating patients, serving clients, or leading groundbreaking research. You care about making genuine impact. This work matters to you.

But the constant overwhelm, cycles of burnout, and that persistent feeling you’re somehow doing it wrong are dimming your light. You’re working hard and achieving a lot, yet something feels misaligned.

I started this work after experiencing severe burnout cycles in unsupportive environments not designed for neurodivergence. “Neuronormative” productivity strategies and advice didn’t work for my ADHD brain. When I finally understood my unique strengths and aligned my work with my needs and values, everything changed.

I moved from surviving to thriving more often — and now I help other high-achieving neurodivergent women academics and professionals do the same.

Tell me how!

Imagine if you could...

  • Deeply understand your unique brain and how to work with it, not against it

  • Feel in control of your career and work without overwhelm and burnout

  • Feel confident at work and not like an impostor

  • Find the *sparkle* that gave you your passion for research, teaching or service

  • Have impact in your career AND energy to enjoy life

  • Achieve your career goals or transition to a career you can thrive in

  • Navigate workplace challenges with confidence — understand what adjustments to ask for and how

If you’re ready to transform
from dimming to shimmering, from scattered collecting to purposeful creating,

How ADHD coaching
can help

Sometimes you just need someone who understands the loops you’re caught in so you can find your gold

I believe high-achieving neurodivergent women academics and professionals shouldn’t have to choose between success and authenticity. Your unique brain is an asset, not a deficit.

Through coaching, I help you recognise that traits often labelled as “ADHD challenges” — your intense curiosity, creative thinking, vibes detection, and ability to see connections others miss — are actually strengths waiting to sparkle.

I hold the space and manage complexity with you, helping you develop deep self-insight, so you can craft a career that energises rather than depletes you.

Why work with me?

I’m Erica, a neurodivergent academic with ADHD — and I’ve been where you are.

I’ve masked ADHD and anxiety in unsupportive environments, leading to cycles of severe burnout and being seriously unhappy.

I finally learnt more about my unique brain and strengths, which allowed me to align my work with my needs and values to achieve success on my terms.

I’m now an ADHD, career and leadership coach and neurodiversity and wellbeing trainer passionate about supporting mid-career neurodivergent women academics and professionals to evoke new self-awareness so they can have an impactful career AND a life they love.

My background snapshot:

  • ICF Accredited coach training in organisational coaching and ADHD coaching

  • 20+ years research, education and service experience in mental health and wellbeing

  • Lived experience as an ADHDer navigating academic systems

This combination gives me deep insight into your challenges and how to support you to achieve transformative change.
